An individual by the name of Robert Horn recently registered with the state of Utah an entity named "US Utah Youth Soccer, LLC." This is an entity that is totally separate from and not affiliated with our organization, Utah Youth Soccer Association Inc (UYSA). Mr. Horn's entity is not supported or sanctioned by UYSA in any way.

Through his entity, Mr. Horn is advertising several tournaments in the St. George area - Harvest Cup 2009, Dixie Invitational, Ice Breaker Soccer Tournament, and Utah Avalanche Invitational. Please be aware that none of these tournaments is sanctioned by UYSA and, therefore, are not covered by UYSA's insurance and do not have the use of UYSA player passes and online registration system. Please note that the names of a couple of the tournaments are very similar to the names of tournaments that are sanctioned by UYSA. Please go to the UYSA website to view tournaments that are actually sanctioned by UYSA.

UYSA values its members and wants to ensure that they have the proper information. Furthermore, UYSA respects the time and efforts its leagues and clubs invest in getting their tournaments sanctioned, and respectfully asks its members to support these tournaments as much as possible.
