UYSA Annual General Meeting (AGM) Saturday, March 21, 2009

Utah Youth Soccer Association (UYSA) has announced that the 2009 AGM will be held Saturday March 21st, 2009 at the Rio Tinto Stadium. Credential Check-in will begin at 8:00am with the meeting beginning promptly at 8:30am. All members of the State Council should be in attendance and prepared to vote on proposed rule changes and for the elections of the President, Treasurer, and Recreation Director. There is no cost to attend the AGM for Members of the State Council. Guests are welcome to attend and observe the proceedings.

Following the Meeting there will be the Annual Awards Luncheon starting at 11:30am, also held at the Rio Tinto Stadium. The Annual Awards Luncheon plays host to the Kirk Hoecherl Service Award, along with the Recreation and Competition Coach of the Year, Parent of the Year, and Volunteer of the Year among others. New this year, we will also be recognizing the College Scholarship Winners.

Tickets are required for the Luncheon so please contact the State Office 801-268-3365 to reserve a seat. Tickets for the Awards Luncheon are $25 per person.

In addition to this year's AGM, UYSA will be hosting Regional Super Saturday Soccer events. The time and dates for these events will remain TBD until further information is given. Updates will be posted on the UYSA website regularly.
